House Rules
-
We do not allow smoking, vaping, or non-medical drug use of any kind on our property, including outdoor areas.
-
Although we adore pets, they are not permitted at Little Cove! If a pet visits our property, guests will be asked to leave and pay an additional fee.
-
Firearms are not permitted at Little Cove under any circumstances, so please leave them at home.
-
While we hope that you enjoy Little Cove with your family and friends, parties and events are strictly prohibited.
-
The number of guests on the property cannot exceed the number of registered guests included in your reservation. Please note that this rule applies at all times of day, regardless of whether or not guests are spending the night.
-
Our quiet hours are 10pm-8am. Please be respectful and considerate of our neighbors at all times, especially when enjoying the outdoor areas of our property.
-
Given that our home is on a septic system, we ask that you take note of and comply with the following guidelines to avoid any issues or damage during your stay:
When using our toilets, please do not flush anything but the toilet paper we have provided. Please use the bags we’ve supplied in the bathrooms when discarding feminine hygiene products in the wastebasket.
There is no garbage disposal and nothing should be disposed of in the sink.
-
While we absolutely love our goose and duck friends, we want to minimize the opportunities they have to leave droppings on our property! As such, we ask that you do not feed the geese and ducks during your stay.
-
Please notify us immediately in the event you’ve broken or damaged anything during your stay, as this will allow us to arrange replacement or repair more quickly.
-
The use of the dock, kayaks, paddle boards, and all other amenities offered at Little Cove is entirely at your own risk. Water levels can fluctuate and we encourage you to confirm water depths prior to engaging in any activities in the lake.
